New Replacement Windows and Installation: 172 Windows
Built in the early 1980’s, this multi-use professional building houses business offices for a number of companies. To update the appearance of the office building while improving its energy efficiency, we installed 172 Royal Prime Commercial Oriel Double Hung windows featuring low-E glass and argon gas fill (.22 U-factor) in dark bronze. The low-E glass and argon gas fill enhances offers better insulation, improving energy efficiency and helping keep the air temperature inside the office building comfortable for its occupants. The dark bronze finish of the window frames matches the existing trim on the building and defines the windows, giving it a stylish appearance.
